Today your child is bringing home two important pieces of paperwork. One is
a green form asking whether your child expects to return to Chapman. The second
is a blue form (similar to one you may have filled out prior to kindergarten)
asking about your child's learning style. The blue form is used to help us
place your child next year.
Please return these forms by Monday, May 9th.
