Grandparents Day Info

Below is information from Mr. Choate about Grandparent's Day.  Our Room Parent, Robyn, and I are cooking up exact plans for our classroom.

Dear Chapman Families,

Grandparents/Special Friends Day is coming October 28^th.  The visit will occur between 10:00-10:45 but might vary by grade level.   Teachers will be sending out Grandparent/Special Friends invitations with more detail.  You may have noticed from the Chapman calendar that this year we will not have a Halloween parade.  The decision was made last year when district calendars where completed. With only two days in the week, followed by Parent/Teacher conferences we made the decision to keep Grandparents/Special Friends Day but maintain the rest of the day for academics.
